Motion Software is a remote platform that allows you to hire and work with one of the best software specialists based on your needs. The company offers an instant talent-to-business matchmaking process and a quick and seamless onboarding experience. Motions Software is a famous dev brand recognizable for the company's philosophy about remote work. They needed to improve their digital presence, so Studio Rubik was engaged with the website design and video production. The challenge was complex because we should implement the company's spirit and values into our work.
The Outcome
The Outcome
The success of this project was based on the organized team building between both companies. We were gathering the employees of the two companies in one place - giving them a chance to get to know each other and touch the values of these brands together. The Studio Rubik team captured several shots of this event, which were inserted into the site, and separately, the communication between all of us helped to more easily create the right creative direction for the creation of the video production. In it, we bet on nature, freedom as an internal factor of satisfaction and the possibility for a person to work efficiently from different locations outside the office.
